Questions teachers ask
- What exactly is a “seat”?
- A seat is one student device connected to your live session at the same time. A 30-seat pack means up to 30 students can be in a session together. When you end the session, every seat is released for your next class.
- Do students need accounts or email addresses?
- No. Students just enter the code you show them. There are no student accounts, no emails, and nothing for you to manage — which also keeps things simple for school privacy requirements.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Seat packs are a one-time purchase. Buy it once and it's yours. If you later need more seats, buying a bigger pack raises your limit.
- Can I use the same code for every class?
- Each class gets its own code when you start a session, and you can run as many classes and sessions as you like. The seat limit only applies to how many students are connected at once.
- What's free without a seat pack?
- Your teacher account, classes, all 20 lesson plans, curriculum mapping, and training resources are free. A seat pack is what lets your students join live sessions from their own devices.
- Do you offer school invoices or purchase orders?
